Physically Showing Up
The following excerpt was pulled from the LC3 online bulletin board:
"We have 42 days before most of us will depart for Portland for LP2. We have 6 weekends in that time period as well. We need a date to be set. I saw a reference to setting up a conference call. I request we look at our calendars while we are doing the mechanics so we can establish a date certain and period of time certain that those who are going to New Orleans can plan their trip. Can we align on a period of 3 days, including a weekend? I request that it be June 2-4. I request that we each check our calendars to determine if these dates are those with which we can align to show up PHYSICALLY to put up the walls and distribute our supplies and make our presence known."
